    Bathroom renovation upgrade
    $27,500

Bathroom renovation August 2022. Took over a month to finish. Still not quite done. Cracked tile in shampoo niche; Tub faucet wiggly and does not seem stable; Did not apply caulking around the tub. Daniel was very responsive during the first 2 weeks, then things went downhill from there. Employees or subcontractors were unorganized. Very little communication. Everything had to go through Daniel. Finally, we reported to L&I. They are now being given 5 citations for providing electrical and plumbing without the appropriate permits. IF ONLY they fixed the cracked tile, caulked the tub, and fixed the tub faucet, we could have avoided this. DO NOT HIRE THESE FOLKS!

    Kitchen and bathroom.
    $82,000

Kitchen/bathroom remodel. Over priced and subpar work. All crew involved seem to be unlicensed handymen. No organization. The only consistent and dependable thing was the collection of payment. Best advice request licenses for any plumbing, electrical, or work done. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I still have repairs to make. I signed off on the work just to be done with them. Not a good experience at all. Overall the process was horrible. Alfredo is a liar. Leo doesn’t deliver. Jason showed up and talked well too. Arie appeared to try, but it all seems rehearsed. They know how to talk to get you in. They will take off money but they are over priced, so there’s no benefit.

    Didn't Hire
    $0

I lost faith early on when they called multiple times AFTER setting up an appointment to set-up an appointment. Then they moved the time of the appointment, which is fine, but had a follow-on call to cancel. At this point I do not have a warm fuzzy in dealing with this company so I fully cancelled. 6 days AFTER I cancelled, I get another call to schedule an appointment. I tell them no I am not interested as soon as she mentions the company and hang up. Less than a minute later she calls again and I state NO several times and ask to be taken off their call list, annoying but it has all the earmarks of a telemarketer. After hanging up again I get a call from a blocked number, this time they ask if I am "Karen" and proceed with "you know the type of person who blows things out of proportion and throws a baby fit", incredibly unprofessional and childish - if I hadn't been convinced to not do with the company that certainly nailed it.

    Kitchen and Yard remodel
    $36,000

WARNING Do not hire these people! If you do you will be supremely disappointed, you've been warned. Arie and Jason were great salesman that just never delivered on anything they promised, except taking our money. Both jobs we hired them for were overpriced and never completed. (See photos) Had to call over and over again and they would set times and dates to discuss the work, then never showed. However, they never seemed to be late or not show-up when they need a check from us.

These are the photos of the underwhelming work and incomplete projects, fences never capped, nails still hanging out. Dishwasher not safely set and falling out in kitchen .

I usually don't like to write negative reviews for businesses, however, hopefully this may save another hard working couple (and admittedly a little naïve) from getting ripped off in the future.

    Paint, water damage, fence
    $50,000

I would not recommend hiring these people. They are middle men at best who overcharge promising unmatched quality and they deliver subpar results with bad customer service. They overcharged me promising “the highest quality” and “that they’d take care of all the details”, neither of which they delivered on. Both Ryan and Isaac were very charismatic salespeople, but definitely out to extract as much money from people as possible. I initially only wanted a quote for one thing, but they made it seem as though it wouldn’t be worth their time, even though they were the ones who reached out to me for the project I posted on Angi. They pressured me into signing a contract on the spot and I had to hassle them for days to get me an itemized bid so I could see how much I was paying for each individual sub-project project. Lesson learned.

Communication was awful. It took daily texts and calls to get a hold of them. I never once got an update that I didn’t have to call and ask about. They also backpedaled on certain things explicitly written into the contract and they didn’t communicate my wishes clearly to the workers so I had to go every day to check and clarify all of the details. And to make matters worse they lied to me on several occasions. When I asked to speak with the project manager’s supervisor I was told he was in Israel, but a quick call to the office revealed that he was on site in a project in Seattle. Beyond unacceptable.

There were days at a time when no one showed up and when confronted about it, they said that they had to send the crew to a different project. Not very professional. It took more than 6 weeks to get them to finish painting the second story of my house which is only about 1000 sq ft and in the end the painters didn’t show up so someone else had to come “finish” the job. They left many details undone and the amount of trash and construction debris they left behind was unacceptable for the fee I paid.

The contract said they would “excavate and level the ground” for a fence but they didn’t do that, and when confronted about it they blamed my husband and me for misunderstanding them. The wood they used was of inferior quality, the stakes weren’t level, and they claimed it was stained when it was not. In the end they stained it, but only because I had to show them the manufacturer website that clearly stated that the wood does not come pre-stained. When they finally did get around to applying the stain, they killed all my plants in the process even though I specifically asked they they not spray it in that area and cover my plants. The paint job they did was also subpar and left many details unfinished.

Probably the worst part is that they had refused to pay a couple of the subcontractors, so I was threatened with a lien on my house even though I paid Expert Home Builders.

Bottom line. Don’t hire these people without getting bids from a couple other people. Don’t be fooled by their promises of exceptional quality, they hire subcontractors just like everyone else and they’re nothing special. And don’t sign a contract on the spot; make sure you go over every detail and take a day or two to think about it before moving forward.

    Garage roof replacement
    $5,000

    Avoid at all costs.

They lied repeatedly to me (including forging a report purportedly from a subcontracting company), demanded more money despite having agreed to a price for the whole project, did substandard work, made a huge mess which they did not clean up, and came into my house without masks. Oh, and high-pressure sales tactics.

It was beyond shoddy work and into outright fraud.
