I wish I knew before. I changed the floors. "Sam" Sarkis Andinyan never, ever, ever answers the phone. During the remodeling we tried to contact him countless times, never answer. Also, Hidden costs. Once we agreed on a price, he charges extra, knowing that in the middle of the project, once you are in, you have to accept and pay extra. Be smart, hire someone else, avoid the stress and headaches.

Was forced to use them through my home warranty, they are the worst. Came to my house once to fix the problem with the furnace which broke 30 minutes after they left and came back the next day to measure for a new furnace. Never head back from them and neither has my home warranty but they are still insisting on using them. They will make appointment with the home warranty and cancel them through me. Wont pick up the phone or call back . Worst scam artists out there.
