Expert Paving & Masonry

I tried holding off on giving a bad review and tried getting an issue resolved. I had a drainage issue on the side of my house. I contacted multiple companies and went with them. Huge mistake. They offered warranty on workmanship and said if anything happens which it wouldn't they will resolve issue. They said a soak pit will work best for my situation. They also did a small retaining wall and expanded the area we had from 4*4 to about 18*18. When work was done I saw some flaws in work. This wasn't cheap. It cost more than $9561. ( My lawn was destroyed in front of house and side yard from the digger they used. They said they would fix it in spring since work was done in winter. My messages were ignored. Had to pay someone else to fix this.) Within a few months when it rained heavy for extended periods the rain will accumulate and not drain. I brought it up and there was no response. On August 2nd we had heavy rain and water just accumulated to the point where it was over 5inches high and reached the door to side entrance of house. Water started to enter. I called and sent him messages. He said they will have someone in area in two weeks and can have someone look into it. It's been a month. Doesn't reply to calls or messages. There word of warranty means nothing when they don't follow through to actually come back to fix it. He hasn't even tried to reach back within two weeks to send someone like he said he would. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY JUST WANT THE MONEY AND DONT CARE ABOUT WORK. I will leave bad reviews on all platforms. Made a complaint with BBB and have to find someone else to fix this issue. I will be pursuing legal action. As we enter winter we get more rain and I was hoping this could of been resolved before than.

We can't believe how close the finished project looks to the initial renderings. During the construction process, Richard, the Project Manager was also very professional and easy to work with, as was the entire crew. The level of craftsmanship is amazing and you can tell that every Expert Paving & Masonry employee takes pride in their workmanship. They were prompt and kept the worksite clean each day, with very little interruption to our everyday comings and goings, which is unheard of in most construction projects. They finished on time and within budget, another plus. Even though it has been a year since our project was completed, we know we can pick up the phone and contact them with any questions or issues we may have. They transformed our little used, soggy backyard into an in-home resort paradise. We couldn't be more pleased with the entire process from start to finish!
