If I could give negative reviews I would!
This builder did an AWFUL job!!!!!!!!! I've been in my house for a year and a month and ALL OF A SUDDEN everything is falling apart. There are holes... yes, holes, in multiple places throughout the rood which is causing tons of water damage! When we email the bogus warranty company they send back an automatic reply with some BS
We are getting a lawyer and they will be fixing our issues
We should've know it was too good to be true when they finished the house in 3 months.....

BUYER BEWARE!!! This builder cancelled my contract three days before closing. I had an inspection done on the property and the inspector found a toilet that didn't met code. I asked for it to be fixed since I had a contract that stated the house I was buying would be built to code, and the builder's response was I have a CO, and cancelled my contract and put the house back on the market at a higher price. I have since found out this is a common practice for this builder to just cancel contracts if he finds the buyer annoying. Also he made the decision to cancel my contract prior to my final inspection which he and his realtors had been notified would be happening. They let the inspection happening knowing they had no intention of selling me the house costing me another couple hundred dollars. All I can say is BUYER BEWARE! The quality was horrible even beyond just the toilet. He probably did me a favor, but for anyone out there considering buying a house from this builder, please save yourself the stress and pick a different builder. BUYER BEWARE!

Awful. They provided a free 1 year builder warranty with 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty, which was nice, but the warranty service was absolutely terrible. We submitted a service request back in early May & it is now the end of June and we have not had anything addressed. Our service expired on June 18th and we are now out of luck. They will wait as long as possible to address your requests as long as it benefits them. Be aware..
