Broken wood throughout. Plumbing put in the wrong place. Foundation broken up and filled in with cheap cement. Holes in the back of the house. Told contractor that I wanted to see the replaced studs. Went back the next day and the entire house had been sheet rocked. The seller's agent sold the the house with a two month close and did not tell me that they had not started to build in that area and that the house that I saw was of a different quality and lot size. Watched several houses going up and they ALL had defects in workmanship and looked very cheap in comparison to bthe model. Do NOT buy a house from these people. You don't know what lies underneath the amenities that YOU pay for.
