    Replace windows

    Express Restoration ordered and installed the incorrect windows in our home. They threw away our historic homes woodwork by mistake and damaged both the interior and exterior of our home.
    They refused certified mail correspondence from our attorney and have yet to return our deposit or offer payment for damages they caused.
    The owner suggests you “get a hold of a lawyer” rather than do the ethical thing.
    It’s the most disappointing experience I’ve had while hiring someone to work in my home…. And I’ve been a home owner 35 years.
