In June 2016, Dave Owen of Exquisite took a $2000 deposit for $4000 of landscape maintenance, and 6 weeks later, had not started the job, and refused to refund the deposit when I canceled.Just discovered he was apparently operating without a license; it had expired in 2011.

Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest this site will allow me to give. This company is now operating under Momentum General Contracting. Using the same expired license number, he pilfered just under $16k from us. Shame on us for not realizing his intentions to defraud us earlier. I will be seeking charges and contacting an attorney. DO NOT HIRE DAVID OWENS OR ANY OF HIS FAKE COMPANIES!!!!
