"I've had my HVAC serviced numerous times in the 8 years we've owned our home. Among all the services, Exquisite Air Service LLC, was the first to note that the heater was incompletely installed by the original home builder. While the additional cost was outside American Home Shield's service plan, Exquisite's recommended addition has given us--for the first time--full heat throughout our home and even reduced our monthly gas bill. The transformation has been amazing--and warm! We are very happy, despite the extra cost"!
I will add that our initial reaction to the service person’s recommendation that we needed to add an additional piece to the heater to make it work was of skepticism, especially the large extra out of pocket costs associated with the installation. However, what I told American Home Shield is true—our home now heats quickly throughout and at a lower cost. Thank you.

Our experience with Exquisite Air was a nightmare. The details of our experience are as follows:
Took 48 hours for a technician to show up. 4:30 PM when they showed up.
2. We did not hear back from them re the "fix" for 48 hours.
3. We had to call them to check on the next steps
4. We called multiple times to check on progress. Either they did not answer the phone or did not return our multiple phone calls.
5. When I asked to talk to someone with "authority" other than the receptionist I was told they were in a meeting. No call back from them either.
6. We have yet to hear back from them re a solution and have moved on with another company.
7. Very unprofessional management & staff and unresponsive to the customer
