Same as person above, can not get ahold of, send emails back and forth but ignored me in the end and never responded back. I had a leak and wanted to get someone to come out and look since they built brand new. Not sure why these homebuilders go with companies like them who don’t have any customer service. Oh that’s right, probably cheapest bid..

They installed the irrigation system to my new built house and by the time I moved in the water frequency the system was set to eroded the foundation to my carrier unit outside causing it to slip away from the house. The phone contact information they leave in case of questions or warranty issues is wrong and no one knows how to get a hold of them outside of email.
