    Exterior Concepts stands behind their work and goes the extra distance to satisfy. We hired EC to replace our roof five years ago. At the time it was leaking in a few spots. They could not get to us for a few weeks so they patched it for no cost to us to keep the rain out during our wait. Five years later we had a leak in an area that had been problematic since our home was constructed. Even with a new roof we developed a leak. EC came out and constructed a cricket in the roof to deflect water away from a place where it was getting stuck in leaf debris and leaking. Again, at no additional cost to us. They are friendly and professional to work with.
