I have a much older unit on my home and have neglected it for years (18!); I had a co-worker send his service guy out and they did nothing but cost me money, said he did all he could and recommends a REPLACEMENT unit. I called Scott's company at the recommendation of a friend and have been EXTREMELY satistified with the work performed; cost reasonable and honest.
Scott's mechanic serviced, cleaned and re-assured me that it doesn't have to be replaced. Well she's still up and running and I have Scott's company come out and service my unit 1 -2 times a year (when I remember).
