I hired Dale Noe how was a referral of one of my employees. We run several large apartment communities. We do hundreds of thousands of work every years with contractors and I have NEVER experience anything like this. I wired dale over $36k for deposits on 2 jobs that would be a total of $72k. I was very patient with him for 6 months to get the work done and he kept making excuses. At one point he told me there was not wood and I drove to the local home depot to find plenty of wood at a great price! This man is bad news and will steal your money and not complete the work. Please use a reputable contractor.
