Definitely not recommended .Wish i would of read some reviews before going thru with service. If you like junkies working on your house then contact extreme roofing.
Contacted them to get Christmas lights put on. They missed first 2 appointments. The first time MIchael said he was short handed because a bunch of guys didn't show up to work. (First red flag) Second time Michael was having "family problems."(Second red flag). I had to call him both times to see why he didn't show up. Then assured me that they were coming the third time. I asked him what lights or extension cords or clips i needed to have when they showed up. He told me that the $700 charge covered installation of any lights and clips on house. They guys got there and called me to tell me it was going to cost extra $200 for the clips.
After telling them just cancel service, The installers said they would " do me a favor " and put lights on with no extra charge for the clips.(Third Red Flag, Shame on me) Guess what, they started and said they would be back later in the week to finish.
Skip to installation day(2 weeks after original installation day) Guys install lights. Next day we receive rain. Lights go out on front half of house. Had to chase Michael down again and after 3 more missed appointments they finally made it out to look into the situation. Come to find out ,these "Professionals" placed all the plugs inside the gutters instead of clipping them to roof. They claimed i had a gutter clogged and that it was my fault that the lights got shorted out since they were fully submerged in water. Imagine that? A gutter made to guide rain water had water in it? A plug in a gutter full of water got shorted out? Nick the installer got on the phone and told me it was my fault that the plug got shorted and that they would only come fix for an additional $300. (Total now at $1,000) These guys are a joke. Skip the hassle and frustration of dealing with Unprofessional, lazy, incompetent workers and take your hard earn money somewhere else. I thought that paying more money would get me better quality work but just looking at these guys in person I should of known i was getting professional junkies instead of professionals. Nick and Michael are the two theives that I dealt with.
