We had our complete bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms remodeled by EZ builders. Our original remodeling spaces had few walls that caused the house to look small and crowded and Robert came up with a wonderful idea to remove them and to have a huge open space that included the kitchen, living room and dining room areas. In regards to our bathrooms and mainly the master bathroom, Robert designed for us a modern bathrooms with large shower area, bathtub, toilet and vanity. From the demolition stage all the way to the completion of it, Robert checked in often and involved us with the current status of the work and to get our approval of several day by day small changes that had to be done during the construction. Robert had his foreman who visited each and every day. When we noted problems… Robert and his foreman were very quick to respond all of them. We are very satisfied with the end result of the remodeling project and we truly love each and every part of the work that was done at our house! Thank you Robert and EZ builders!

We hired Robert from EZ builders to remodel our master bedroom and bathroom in addition to a small remodeling of a Jack and Jill bathroom. All people in the working crew were enjoyable people to work with. They were professional, skilled and came over to the house each day and on time. We am very precise about how things need to be accurate and neat OR in other words, it is hard to meet our expectations especially in the remodeling aspect. At the end of the work, our expectations were met. Our special requirements do cost and it’s hard to find someone that can actually do it right, but overall Robert was able to achieve it in a realistic price considering the value of actual work and materials. Our 2 bathrooms and the master bedroom are gorgeous and we enjoy showing them to our family and friends. We would not hesitate to use Robert or any of his workers in the future. From the first time that we met with Vitaly all the way to the day of the final inspection, our involvement with him, Sunshine builders staff and his working crew including the sub-contractors was very good and without any problem what’s or ever. Vitaly was available for us to answer all of our questions and his appearance at our house during the work was a huge plus because we saw him and walk and talk to us about the progress and he helped us taking and making important decisions during the remodeling upgrading of our master bathroom and bedroom. EZ builders recently finished two extensive home remodeling projects for us: the first one was our kitchen remodeling that was from the studs and up and then the upgrade of all our bathrooms including the master bathroom. Jacob’s skills and professionalism came into place when he was able to recommend us about any design alternatives would be the best for us including his experience background which allowed to make our new spaces to no less than a dream come true. Both remodeling projects were finished on time and in the agreed budget. We were so happy with the work that was done for us by Jacob and his people and we already referred him to our 2 neighbors in which they already hired them as well for their home remodeling projects.

The work went good and without any issues. Jacob remodeled my kitchen and it took him and his crew close to a month to complete.
The new kitchen included the following tasks:
1. Demolition of the old kitchen
2. Installation of new outlets, switches, and light fixtures.
3. Installation of new cabinets (upper and Lower)
4. New paint
5. Installation of new appliances (Ref, Stove, Range, Dishwasher)

I found EZ builders by seeing how they remodeled my neighbor kitchen and I was happy that they remodel my 2 bathrooms in the best way and the way I wanted it. The project manager Jacob provided me a great design for my bathrooms and his knowledge of improving a small bathroom shower revealed his capabilities. Jacob and his foreman knew the building codes, how to maximize spaces and how to deliver a project the way I wanted it. The foreman and the crew were all hardworking, skilled and appreciated my house and my needs. The tile installer was very skilled and they were able to meet all deadlines while making sure that the budget will be kept as promised. Jacob made sure to keep in touch with me while informing me about anything that related to the work, sent the invoices and notices about payments, let me know what was coming up in terms of inspections, and usually made me feel confident that the company was paying attention. Overall everything was very good. I would hire EZ builders again and will recommend them to others.

They have a highly skilled and professional team that can do an excellent job and without any mistakes, delays and within the agreed budget (no hidden charges what’s or ever. We found all of the people that were involved at our project (including the office staff) to be very knowledgeable, good communicators and hard-working people. During our remodeling which included our new kitchen, dining room, living room and bathrooms, Benny took extra time with us to keep us in the loop of the progress and about the next stages of the work. We recently remodeled our kitchen with the help of EZ builders. Our kitchen remodeling was a complete remodeling that included all the upper and lower cabinets, sink, island and new hardwood floor. Other than the kitchen remodeling project, we also had them to remodel our 2 closets by installing a complete shelving units in each one of them. During the remodeling process Jacob was polite and expert. He was on time at the house each day, worked around the set budget and made sure that no matter what, the work will be on schedule while ensuring that we were all in agreement with the designs and plans before any work will be done.

We worked with Jacob from EZ builders to remodeling our master bathroom. We were looking for someone that can guide and help us with good ideas and options and mainly to listen to what we want or need. Jacob was able to deliver all of that and even more! At first, He met with us and listened to what we wanted to do and he gave us some great suggestions that at the end he was able to implement them throughout the entire remodeling. We hired EZ builders to remodel our bathroom after we received several estimates and the estimate that we got from Jacob was the one that fit us most. Jacob remodeled the entire bathroom, paint, counter top with double sinks, tile floor, faucets and entire new shower. Jacob was able to complete everything in 2 weeks without having to wait for the next person to come and do his part like other companies. All the workers that worked with Jacob really knew their job. They were highly professional and polite people and friendly too! They included us in almost every step of the way. The finished bath is amazing and beautiful. We would not go anywhere else if you want a high end bathroom.

Jacob and Benny at EZ builders are amazing! Before I took my decision to hire them for my home project, we met and talked about my goals and what I want to do. They took the time to really know and understand it very well while focusing on 2 main things: Functionality and budget. They worked on a daily basis and they kept informing me about the progress of the work, what have been delivered and what have been installed. This information was on a bi-weekly basis and it was very productive. When it comes to design and planning, both of them were very creative with good skills and professionalism. They are so much more than Kitchen and Home remodeling company.

Jacob did a wonderful job by helping, guiding and implementing the remodeling of our master bathroom. Hid design was so clever that he also included a laundry room and still enjoy the normal size of the bathroom. His plans were very creative and well planned and it included a complete transformation of the bathroom from an old large one into a lovely granite modern bathroom and a well-functioning laundry space. Jacob is picky in his work and it can be notices immediately when you see the final bathroom and laundry, very communicative and he will not pass on anything till he is sure that its nothing but perfect! And as presented in his original plans.

We had a fantastic experience with Jacob and his crew of workers. I wanted to paint my house but I didn’t have an idea of what colors to use. Jacob with his knowledge, he was able to provide me with some color samples of how he would paint the house and my selection was pretty easy after I saw them. At the end, his selection of colors came out great. His crew were very polite and professional. Jacob even did some extras tasks for me like change out the a/c filter and generally looked around and gave me opinions about house projects that might need to be done. I thought his price was very reasonable as well. Definitely recommend for renovate paint and/or design!

I moved to Downey in September from Florida. I was recently retired, Jacob and Beny were recommended by a realtor to help me update the home I had purchased to be near my grandchildren. I had interviewed several contractors... but when I met Jacob and Beny, their honesty, integrity, and determination to make my vision a reality for me in the most cost effective way was more than I had hoped for. They actually delivered my dream, with all of the above and more. I could not give anyone more thanks. I wish that everyone could be as lucky as I to have met them and had them take care of my home as if it were their own. They were in touch daily with me and made sure that everything was done as planned. They were A+ professional.

This company is good! They did an awesome work at my house remodeling the kitchen and making it looks perfect! Jacob is a great person to work with and although English is not his main language, he was able to explain me things that were related to my questions. The kitchen that I ordered is oak and because they are authorized dealers of a cabinet company, we were able to get a great deal from him for the cabinets too. The work started immediately after we made our payment and we scheduled a day to start. At first, Jacob made sure to complete all the demolition and to have the space empty. Than all the new dry wall, plumbing and new lights were installed. The last week of the work was to install all the cabinets, paint, lights and outlets. We had no problem or issue with any of the people that worked at my house and all of them were professional people.

We felt so lucky to find and hire EZ builders when decided to remodel our kitchen. We were very pleased with how Jacob (who is the owner of the company) and his employees handled the remodeling from start to finish while focusing on perfection and details. EZ builders has a really good quality vendors and we went to them to select all the materials for the kitchen which helped us dramatically to get everything we needed and Jacob’s went with us to pick the style and the color of our new kitchen. Jacob came over to the house a numerous times to measure and finalize the styles, colors and type of cabinets including the rest of the things such as the paint and hardware. The work that they did came out beautiful! The new cabinets were installed and they included all the crown molding, show bases and handles. All work was done in a timely manner with the highest quality. We really liked how the process was organized and well thought when it was time to install the kitchen. In addition to that, we asked Jacob for some additional details that we realized would be nice to have while they were not a part of the project, and Jacob gladly added those, so the kitchen came out just perfect! We really-really love our new kitchen, thanks to Jacob and his team!

After 1 month of a daily work, my new kitchen is finally done! Jacob met with me at my house and presented to me several samples and examples of kitchens that he did in the past. As part of the meeting, Jacob took all the measurements of the kitchen and he scheduled another meeting with me in order to show me a 3D design. Our second meeting was much more productive because the 3D design that he did for me, showed me as close as possible to the real thing. Jacob also provided I with a work schedule that will explained all the stages of the remodeling and I was very happy with that because I knew exactly what to expect from him. The new kitchen that I did included the cabinets, counter top, new lighting and Small Island. All the workers that worked at my house, were nice and professional. They took care of the work place as it was theirs.

We hired EZ builders to completely remodel our old kitchen, Master bedroom and master bathroom in our new home that we recently purchased. The remodeling and the work that they did was by far exceeded our expectations in terms of the design, value and design. We shopped around for a company that can remodel our bathroom. EZ builders was one of the companies that we spoke with and brought to our house to see and give us estimate. Jacob the owner came over and saw our bathroom. He had several ideas that we liked and that he was able to include them into our budget. The work that he and his workers did was very good. The bathroom looks like it was taking from a magazine and it was worth each time and money that we spent on it.

We Hired Benny from EZ builders to remodel the master bathroom in our investment house in Pasadena which included basically everything from plumbing to tiles and shower. We will have lots of family members visiting our house this coming thanksgiving so we were under certain pressure with involved stress too as far as when to do this project. Regardless to the holiday, we did some phone calls to contractors based on a research and we met with several of them. It was shocking to see and know how most of them tried to push their schedule in order to accommodate our unusual circumstances and to just sell their product. Benny heard our thoughts and he understood our concerns which gave us the confidant needed in him and his team which leads us to decide and to go for it. The crew of workers were able to finish the remodeling in little bit over than a month and they did a great job. The new master bathroom looks much better that what we thought it will be. We honestly had a perfect process with them which bring us to the point where we cannot write enough about this company and their entire crew. The main factor that really make them better than others was the service and great care for their customers. We now have the perfect bathroom.

We hired Jacob from EZ builders to remodel the kitchen. As part of the remodeling, we also had to take down the wall that separated the dining room from the kitchen and by doing that, we expended the kitchen and the dining room very much. Our kitchen never had a major remodeling before and this was the first time that we decided to do it. Our decision to hire him was because his big experience and knowledge, and mainly because the remodeling that he did for our friends that matched our goals and needs. Each one of the people that worked at the house, was a professional in his own topic, which gave us a great feeling that the work will be top notch. After our meetings with Jacob on what we want to achieve and get, he came back a week after with a design that showed us that he was able to meet all our expectations. Jacob considered everything we want and he was able also to offer us many suggestions to lock all the changes together. We would certainly hire him again if we have any more projects on our house.

We had a great experience with EZ Builders. We had them work on 2 projects at once. One was to transform an old shaky spiral staircase into a new modern full size staircase. The other was to rip up the surface of a deck that was not sealed properly and resurface it with a water tight 5 layer surface. Our project manager Roy Cohen was the best! He met with us several times to get the details of exactly what we wanted. He was always available for questions and concerns and was extremely honest and responsive when an unexpected situation came up with the deck. The crew worked quickly and finished the job just as described. We couldn't be happier.

We had a great pleasure to hire and allow EZ Builders to work at our house and Lesmi and the workers for the recent kitchen and guest bathroom remodeling. I write this review based on our experience only of hiring them. Beni and Lesmi did a great job at the kitchen mainly and Lesmi made it go easy and smoothly. The main points according to our experience with them were:
1. Very well organized company and structured. The workers and Beni showed up to the house each day during the week and they arrived on time and on the little times that they didn’t show up due to things such as deliveries etc.… they always gave us notice ahead of time which was important.
2. All the communication between the office (Lesmi), Beni and the workers were excellent. They didn't make any mistakes and were able to do everything in good and professional manner. We expected to have some errors and delays but I we were just lucky and we didn’t have any.
3. Price wise - They were a bit more expensive than the other bids we received but the effort and care they put into our project was well worth it. Sometimes you just have to go with your instinct and choosing with them was one of the best decisions we made.

I was referred to EZ builders by a good friend of my family who hired them in the past for his full house remodeling. We met and spoke to several other contractors and us kind of figure out what we want to do and how much it should more or less cost. We felt confident with Eli and his team because their price was in the range of the other contractors and we got to them via a strong referral (which was a huge factor in our decision). This was the first house remodeling that we did and Eli was patient and professional with us and most of all, responsive. His communication skills are better than what we expected and for any question that we had, he would get us a response within a short period of time OR he will text us that he received the message and would get back to us soon. During the actual work, we didn't have major problems with the renovation, but we did have few minor ones that Eli did solve them immediately when they raised. All the workers were expert, respectful and clarified about everything with us each day about what they were about to do. No one is perfect ever, but we were looking for someone that is alert, accessible, truthful, produced quality work and within budget. Eli, the actual workers and mainly EZ builders certainly exceeded our expectations and they were on top of everything during the work. Mainly enough, there were no hidden costs at all when the project was completed. We recommend this company and for our next project would use them again.

After interviewing 3 different landscape design companies, we chose EZ Builders Build to do a complete makeover of our entire front and backyard. We are extremely thrilled with the results and our space has been transformed. The designer that working with Jacob, Samuel and his entire crew did an amazing job. The project was a little bit extensive because it included the removal of few trees, plants, grass and some rocks in the front and back, concrete and wood deck removal, We needed to pour a new concrete patio, running a new line of gas for a fire pit and BBQ, a custom concrete counter and built-in bench, a natural sandbox built with boulders and logs, and installation of all plants. It took almost 3 months to completely finish this back yard and front yard project, but now our yard is an amazing spot at the house that we enjoy with our friends, family, and children. I have read some comments about so many additional fees that usually been added to any estimate such as design consultation fee, but we felt it was worth the cost even though Jacob didn’t charge us much for it anyway. We didn't see it as a fee just to get an estimate. It was an actual design session where the designer gave us so many useful tips, ideas and designs advice mainly for our back yard space. We could have taken those tips and implemented them ourselves, but we liked those ideas so much that it was one of the main reasons why we hired them to create our landscape design and implement it.

Our bathroom is pretty big. We wanted to give it a brand new look. We met with Beni and we explained him what we would like to have. His salesman Tomer, came over too and they checked everything and listened to us. After that, we spoke several more times with Beni and after we agreed about the price that within our budget and still to have all the things that Tomer put in his offer and design. The work started couple of days after we paid and we were very happy about it. Beni visited our house several times during the work and made sure that everything is going based on plan. We feel lucky to be able and work with EZ builders.

Searching for a good contractor that can come and do a project from start to finish is pretty hard. We got burned in the past and we had big concerns about trusting another one. We came across Beni from EZ builders when we visited a friend house that just finished remodeling his place. When we talked to Beni about our thoughts, he asked if it will be ok to pass by and see. We agreed to that and when he came, he was able to provide us with information that helped us and we thought about it for several days till we decided to do it. The bathroom that we did included a shower, Vanity, 2 sinks, paint, new floor and glass doors. Beni was able to not only complete this remodeling, but to do it perfectly. now that we are a month after the remodeling, we can say that Beni is in fact a good contractor and even after he finished the work, he called several times to see if everything is ok and that he is there for us.

Our bathroom remodeling started with shopping for a contractor to remodel our house to look like new, I called several contractors in order to get estimates, some of the contractors arrived late, some didn’t even show to the appointment but Beni from EZ builders showed up to the meeting and his Secretary Lesmi even called when he was on the way just to make sure we are home. (Not to mention that she even called to confirm with our appointment the day before). I really appreciate that! We were happy with the price that Beni gave us for getting everything that we wanted to do, Beni was able to guarantee that he will complete the remodeling before the date that we thought. Beni is very responsive and prompt in reply my calls/texts, which is very important to us, because having misunderstanding/miscommunication about house project can bring more problems and fore sure - more cost. Overall, I highly recommend hiring EZ builders if you need to get anything done at your house, you can expect good service and great results!

My bathroom is 25'x20' approximately... i wanted to have a complete look with new shower and shower jet system. All the materials were selected and purchased from a vendor that works with EZ Builders, so the process was pretty easy. My meetings with the sales rep (Jacob), was good as well. My arrangement with him was that I pay only to them and they will take care of all the rest. The price was basically split to 2 parts. 1 for all the materials and the other one for their work. All the work performed by their people and I loved it because there was no "external" contractor that got involved at my house. Within 2 weeks from the starting day, my bathroom was complete. This included paint, new vanities, faucets, ceramic all over the bathroom including the shower walls and the shower jets. As of now, I’m very happy with the new look of my bathroom, and the shower system that was installed! No hidden payments has been added to my bill as well.

We just finished to remodel the kitchen at our house. David and his team of people did the remodeling from start to finish. The kitchen remodeling was a big project for us but we wanted to do it for a long time now. We loved the fact that David showed us how he really care about the remodeling and that he wanted to make sure that everything is going according to plan and mainly without any mistake! When the work was completed, David came over again to check the kitchen after 1 week of use.

I decided to hire them after I met with Beni at my house and showing him what I would like to do. Beni did a design for the bathrooms and he was able to maximize the space with nice features. All the materials that I got for my bathrooms, were selected by me with the help of Beni.
Beni made sure that all his workers will arrive to work each day and that the remodeling project will be completed on the day that he mentioned in his estimate.
I got so many complements about my new bathrooms and I enjoy spending time there after my work and to enjoy the new tub and the shower system.

Great company and people to deal and work with! The main thing that I liked in this remodeling was the communication and the care that Beni showed me. He gave me the feeling that his is remodeling his own bathroom and he cared for every detail in the remodeling. The bathroom remodeling that I did, started with the selection of all the materials, color combinations and all the hardware that Beni will install in the bathroom. Beni planned everything pretty good and he made sure not to have any extra materials so the total amount will remain the same. At the end of the remodeling, the total price was the same as the original estimate and this meant a lot to me because I heard so many stories where the final price become higher due to extra items that the contractor add during the remodeling.

We are thrilled with our new backyard. We moved into a beautiful house the backyard and the front was a mess and needed an improvement. We hired Jacob from EZ Builders for that project. Jacob explained us the process up front and before anything so we knew what to expect. The first step was to make the design with the architect of the company. Jacob listened to what we wanted, checked and measured everything and then he came back with a beautiful design. Jacob provided us with a detailed estimate which we approved. They were very helpful and installed the Jacuzzi and deck right away as we asked originally and then they moved to the front of the house making all the stamp concrete and plants. The crew of people was extremely polite and careful during the time they worked at the house with all aspects of the installation doing most of the work by hand. We were home most of the time of the work, and we never saw them trying to make any shortcuts (which was very important to us). These guys knew what they were doing and took the time to do it right and make it look great. At the end of the day, the remodeling project came out as close to identical to the 3D drawing that was done by them. All in all, we're very happy with EZ Builders and they definitely did a wonderful job. The backyard and the front of the house added a lot of elegance and functionality to the house.

We had a great experience with Jacob. He was able to do a good job at our house remodeling the bathroom and bedroom of our kids. The bathroom that they remodeled is jack and Jill that has a shower/tub with large vanity. Jacob removed all the old tiles and install new ones, new shower handles, Paint and new vanity with sink and faucet. The bedroom needed to have new wood floor, paint and closet doors. Jacob worked with his workers on this project and the remodeling came out very good.

I found EZ builders and Jacob through a referral from my co-worker who hired them for his house and he was happy with the work and used him to remodel the kitchen and two bathrooms.
What I liked about how Jacob supervised this project?
First of all, he gave me good tips and ideas about the remodeling of the bathroom. The space of the bathroom wasn’t big enough for the bath that I wanted originally. Jacob recommended me that it would look too crowded if I will have a bathtub and a shower. Jacob suggested me to replace the existing Jacuzzi tub/shower with a spacious shower that will include a bench with regular shower head.
The second thing was that he has a great eye for design and maximize spaces.
I had decided on beige and brown as the colors and a stone texture. He checked and brought to my house several different options and he helped me to see which one will fit most. The light beige travertine tiles for the shower walls came out much beautiful as I thought originally and they fit perfectly in the design that he did for me. Overall im very happy with all that work! Jacob is very nice and professional person. Easy to talk and communicate with and mainly – honest!

We hired EZ builders, as the first project we decided to NOT complete ourselves due to some difficulties that came up and it was too much for us. We’re typically DIY-er’s and we are pretty good at it (if we do say so). Our kitchen project was much larger in scope than we could tackle and a friend recently had EZ builders complete their kitchen. We didn’t shop around and we trusted on our friend recommendation and we also saw the finished kitchen that they did. Our initial meeting with Jacob, just gave us all the information we needed in order to give the approval for this project. We were paired up with Jacob, who visited our home, listened to our ideas and took them to the next level. His details and space plannings expertise was good & complemented by Juan to help select finishes. This was also the first time I put my trust in others to select or at least to help us with finding finishes and materials. Their pricing for this project was reasonable and worthy, the project management and coordination was painless and the overall results are stunning.

The work was massive and Abraham from the company, visited the house each day to make sure that the workers are working based on schedule. I must mention that because we are living in a different city (San Jose), we put more attention to communication. Jacob is a great communicator and he always answered our calls and texts. Our emails were responded by the office staff and we always knew what the status of the remodeling is and we knew a head of time about any coming payment. The work was completed within 2 months and the results were stunning! Jacob did a great job and he even followed up with up after the remodeling was completed to make sure that we are ok and that there is no problem of any kind.

During our project, we noticed how knowledgeable he is in everything that is related to kitchen remodeling. My past experience with contractors was not that good. me and my wife wanted to have our kitchen renovated. We spoke and asked several of our friends if they know anyone that is trustworthy. We got the information about EZ builders and we called and spoke to Jacob. Jacob was pleasant person to talk to and we asked him to come over and look at the current kitchen. Jacob came and saw the kitchen. He measured and set with us trying to figure out what we would like to do. The second meeting, Jacob came over with a 3D design of the new kitchen and with prices. The price that he gave us fits our budget and we were happy with what Jacob can give us for that price. The new kitchen that he did for us included all the appliances, Counter top, Mid size island and cabinets among new lights and outlets. The work that he did took close to a month and the workers did a great job! we were surprised with the quality of the work and how it came the same as in the digital design that he did or us.

A friend of mine used this company in the past and they were very happy with the remodeling that they did for them. We were looking for a company that can remodel our bathroom in the master bedroom and to replace the bath tub with new large shower, to add a double vanity, lighting, paint and new stone floor. We spoke initially with the office and they sent to our house one of their employees to see what we would like to do and to provide us with some ideas and estimate. Jacob came over to our house and saw the bathroom. He listened to what we wanted to do and gave us some nice and cool ideas that can maximize the storage space. After 3 days, we met again and he gave us the estimate including a design of how the new bathroom will look like and we loved it. The price was within our budget so we decided to go ahead and start the work. It took them 3 plus weeks to complete our bathroom and we loved the fact that each day, the workers were working at the house and on the second week we could start see the new look of it. During the work, Jacob came almost every other day to see the progress of the work and we spoke to him and share some questions about minor changes that we would like to do. Jacob listened to everything and he was very nice to even made those changes and not charging us. Our new bathroom is completed for almost a month now and we want to thank them and to Jacob mostly for the nice and good work that they did for us.

Our new kitchen was done by EZ builders. Jacob was the person that we met and spoke from the beginning to the end. We made our decision to hire them because we were able to see and check all the references that he provided us with and to check also online about them. The kitchen work included the new cabinets and floor. We also decided to replace the dishwasher and the range hood so it will fit better to the new kitchen. Jacob made sure to take care of all the things that could cause us a hassle and we loved it. The price was very reasonable and good so we are happy about it as well. The counter top was the only thing that we had to go and see ourselves at the vendor place. Other than that. we didn't do anything in related to the kitchen beside talking and meeting with Jacob. In few words - we are happy and we recommend this company to people including our family and friends.

The initial meeting that we had With Jacob from EZ builders, was very good! We saw how knowledgeable person he was, and we had the feeling that he is also a reliable person. After we checked what we could about EZ builders Home Remodeling, we decided to hire them for this big job. The kitchen and the 3 bathrooms needed a lot of work. We made a deal that everything will be included meaning, materials, labor, and any paperwork that might be required too. The kitchen deal included: paint, floor, an island in the middle, counter top and some appliances. The bathrooms needed also paint, floor, shower tub and some light fixtures. The work took place the days after we signed in all the agreements and we made the initial payment. While all the materials were ordered, the workers start to demolish and to prepare the rooms for work. 2 months after, the work was 99% completed. We loved the new look of the bathrooms and kitchen and the service that we got from all the people that were involved in our house project.

First before I start to write this review, I would like to give my tip to whoever will read this review. always do your homework! Shop around and be sure to have good communication with your contractor. We met with Jacob from this company, and we set for over 2 hours talking about what we can do with our bathroom. Jacob apparently was able to answer us for each of our questions (and we had a lot) his design of how the new bathroom will look like, captured our attention and we knew that we are in good hands here. The price was a bit high but we thing that it’s better like this and to get what you paid for than to pay less and have problems at the end. The bathroom came out more than great and the perfection of it was stunning! We attached some pictures and they will talk for themselves.

The new bathroom that was remodeled by Jacob and his team of workers came out perfect. We did the following:
- Replaced the floor with new ceramic tiles
- Install double side vanity with Sink and faucet
- Replace the pipes in the shower and install the ceramic tiles on the walls and floor too. (Include hot mop in the floor)
- Install shower pipes with new system.
- Install hardware for the new bathroom.
The work was done by several workers that did the work in stages. I had no problem or issue with the workers and I’m very happy with this company.

For this project at our house, we hired this company. We met with Jacob and the meeting went well. The bathroom needed to have the toilet, shower, vanity and all the hardware. Jacob was the supervisor and the workers were nice and professional. We didn't have any problem with them during the work. There was also no problem that caused them to remove and re-install things. Because they were able to come over each day, this bathroom was complete pretty fast. Also, the total price didn't change. Jacob was able to keep it the same without changing it although we changed some items in the hardware of the bathroom.

I could not give a higher recommendation to Eli and the team from EZ builders after the wonderful experience we had in remodeling our house. Eli and his supervisor Reuven brought a world of experience and expertise to every aspect of the project, from initial conversations, through drawings, designs, construction & permits. More importantly, Eli listened to and worked with all of the personal ideas that I had for the project, and then helped make them a reality. Rather than force his vision of the project on me, Eli simply offered options and ideas along the way. Many times he made suggestions that built on my own good ideas or, in some cases, saved me from some of my bad ones! As a result, I now live in a magnificent home of which I am very proud, and in which I am happy, comfortable and satisfied. There has not been one visitor to my home who has not complimented the look, feel, and the STYLE of every aspect of the kitchen.

This company definitely have their actions together. Not a long time ago, they did a kitchen remodel project for a neighbor near and they were very happy with the new kitchen and the people that did the work. So when we wanted to do our kitchen remodeling project, we went and asked for their information so we can have them coming over and see what can be done. After we meet with Eli, we knew that we will hire them for our house. EZ builders are the right company for us although, we had the feeling that our project wasn’t large enough for their scale. Eli was actually more than happy to help us and to take our project into his own hand and to do it. We admire any company that willing to do anything the can for their clients and especially when they come from a referral. We recently spent a good amount of hours talking to several local contractors before they'd tell me the price tag, which at the end it came up close to twice much than our budget.

We hired this company to remodel the bedroom. The work included Paint, Carpet, Closet doors and some shelves in the closet. Eli sent his workers to do the work and they were able to complete it within a week. All the workers that worked at my house were nice and professional people. They focused that everything will look great and with no mistakes. Eli also made sure to visit them and to see the work progress.

Eli with EZ builders was the Manager that managed our remodeling project and his end results work and the schedule was just perfect. I know when usually you start a remodeling project of any kind, you figure the schedule to be very flexible and the remodeling project to always take weeks or months to finish beyond what the contractor says, but in my review here I would like to tell you that Eli and his crew of people finished on time. All the workers worked every day and did not miss one day or late, and the work was without any doubt top notch. I had, really, nothing to complain about. Therefore Eli and Nunez Construction deserve 5 stars. What I liked most in this remodeling was that Eli made sure that the workers will know exactly what do each day and that all the materials will be at the house waiting for them and not the other way around.

At first, we met with Jacob the rep from EZ builders. He was the person that went with us for the whole project.
The first stage was to have a design for the 2 things that we needed to do. Then Jacob made sure to care for all the paperwork that was involved with this and for us it was a hassle free kind of thing. In the bathroom what the company did was:
- demolish the old one
- paint
- install new shower and bath tub
- install new vanity and hardware
- Polish the floors.
This part went pretty fast due to the fact that Jacob was there almost every day and the workers were there too, following his supervision. The garage needed to be plastered, paint, and install a new window, new floor, and closets.
This part was fast too after all the paperwork was completed and approved. We are happy with our choice and we will recommend them to our friends.

We have had the pleasure of working with Eli & his team of workers on our kitchen remodeling project. The whole work went smooth and without any conflicts or problems with any of the workers or Eli.
Eli made it very simple to us and made sure that we are happy and pleased with the work that he is doing. In addition me and my husband did a great research about what we want and how we would like to have our kitchen so Eli took all of the information from us, and placed it into a design which gave us the ability to see what we will get when this project will complete.
Eli took care of all the orders and vendors and he made sure that all the materials will arrived to our house and he was able to coordinate with us about any delivery.

The new kitchen that we needed to have was a mahogany cabinets with light color marble top.
We searched for a month for a company that will be able to do this kitchen and that we won’t have any problems during and after. We put attention on the warranty and service. We met with Jacob from EZ builders at our house. We asked for referrals and samples of the work. They did in the past and recent ones. After ending the meeting with good feeling, we went and hired Jacob's company. The kitchen that we wanted, included also an island, all the appliances, floor and electrical. The demolition part took place and ended very fast, (actually 2 days).then the floor was installed and new outlets were placed and electricity lines too. When the cabinets arrived, then most of the work was done and complete. Then the paint took place and last day was the installation of all the hardware and the light fixtures. We fell in love with the new kitchen. Jacob and his people did a great job and know that we made a good decision by hiring them. We highly recommend to shop around before doing this kind of project. Look at some samples that the company did and call some referrals.

Jacob and his team are Awesome! Jacob is incredibly professional, funny, responsive & communicative and mostly, a joy person to interact with. His team of 4 people were very nice and respectful of our home. They always put covered the areas where they worked and left the place clean
We had some major leaks and we had them redo our center patio and front exterior stairs. Jacob's quotes were fair. He ended up having to invoice us for some extra costs but that wasn't totally unexpected since we didn't know exactly what would be there when we opened up the stucco and pulled up the floors and walls. His time estimates were pretty accurate and he only had to go a day over what he initially planned.
The work they did was top notch. Jacob spent a lot of time helping us decide on a design. Once we decided and the tile arrived (which, incidentally, takes forever if it's not in stock. They worked quickly. They were very thorough, in addition to that, they always encouraging us to authorize them to do it the right way - not the cheap or easy way. A family friend of us, who's a general contractor as well, was there for some of the work to see if everything is ok and he was impressed with how they did the job. The finished product is gorgeous!

After my research for a good contractor that will be able to work at my house and to perform several tasks, I came across several companies that were worth the call and to see what they can do and how much will they charge for the work. I met with all of them and It was like a good interview where I checked about them, what they did and how was the work that they completed in the past. After meeting with them, I decided to hire Eli from EZ builders to remodel my 2 bathrooms. The workers arrived each day to work and they did a great work! Eli was the connection between me and the workers. He made sure that everything will be according to plan and that the workers will always have something to do. The work started with several meetings that me and Eli talked about what to do and how much will it cost. My plan was to do a new paint, and to replace the toilets and vanities and in one bathroom to replace the tub and the other one the shower. The work was performed on both bathroom at the same time which caused it to be completely faster. At the end, Eli and the workers did a great job and the results talks for themselves.

Eli is absolutely amazing person to deal and work with. I'm an extremely detail-oriented & particular person that love everything to be perfect! Eli was also paying attention to every detail during the remodeling, and he made great suggestions that ended up with a wonderful Kitchen. The kitchen that I decided to have at my house was Oak color and custom made. It was a total remodeling that included new appliances, Paint, Lighting fixtures and switches, an island with a single sink and of course marble counter top and back-splash. Before the work started, Eli made sure to have his material list ordered and that it will arrived to the house before the workers will need it. The work was divided to several section where demolition was the first and major one. After that was completed and behind us, they installed all the plumbing, and cabinets including the lighting fixtures and switches. After all of this was done as well, Eli had his workers to install the backs-plash and the counter top. After minor touch ups and paint repairs, Eli and his guys were able to complete the kitchen and to close this remodeling. I cannot praise this team enough - I highly recommend them for all your projects!

EZ builders provided us with an amazing customer service throughout the process of the remodeling from start to end. Their prices were very competitive. It doesn't get much better than this. We were having foundation work done on my elderly mother's home in LA. We arranged this remotely via a friend that recommended us to Eli and Jacob. Eli took time, care, and patience to make sure that the remodeling will be comfortable with the process and to answer each and every one of our questions. This alone makes us recommend them as highly as possible. Customer service of this level is very very rare today. The work that they did was managed by Jacob. Jacob brought his 3 men team and made sure they will do an amazing work and as fast as they could. I would use this company again without any hesitation. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

Before I will write what my kitchen has become, I will write down some summaries about the company with my experience. In total I had scheduled 6 meetings with several people from EZ builders. All the people came on time and on the day it was scheduled. There was not even one time that they missed or came late to my house. The kitchen came out very nice and with no mistakes that I could see. Everything fits to my kitchen and I loved that too. All the communications between me and the people, were very nice, straight to the point and productive.

The master bathroom at our house needed to be updated with vanities, shower, floor and paint. We contacted EZ builders in order to get an estimate for this project. Eli who came over to our house, saw the bathroom and took his measurements. He then set with us and explain to us all the things that we needed to know in order to have our bathroom on the best side. The meeting went smoothly and we had the feeling that Eli knew his work pretty well. We also insist to see some samples of past projects so we will feel more safe about who we hired. After we made our homework, and we saw the design that made for us, we decided to hire EZ builders home remodeling for our house. We can't say anything bad about missing days of work, bad behavior of employees etc... Eli and his crew did all they could to make us happy and to have this bathroom perfectly.

The work that this company was incredible and it came out perfect. Eli, came over to our house and was the main person that we dealt with. He was able to provide us with a great design of the new kitchen that included the new color of the paint, the new style and combinations of the cabinets, the look of the wood floor and the lighting & outlets. The work started 3 weeks after we wrapped everything and we finalized the kitchen and prices. During this period of time, Eli made sure to order most of the materials to our house and to have them delivered ASAP. Workers came over each day and they did what they should do. Eli came over almost every day to the house to check and see progress. During the work, we had a lot of questions and ideas that Eli and his people were able to answer to all of them without complaining what’s or ever. Very human relations and down to earth people to deal with.

It was actually very good experience with this company and the people that worked at my house. Our original thoughts were to replace the shower doors and maybe to install new floor. When Eli came over and saw the bathroom, he talked and explained to us that he can give us a great deal if we will do the complete bathroom. His prices were very good compare to our past estimates and we decided to go with it and make it happen. Eli provided us with lots of samples and types of options on how the bathroom will look like and after we made our selection, Eli sent his workers to start the work. Under his supervision, we can tell that Eli is a good supervisor. He came over to the house few often and saw any progress that the workers did and made sure that materials will be enough and will arrived on time. The complete bathroom was completed within 3 weeks or so and we are happy with our decision to work with this company especially Eli.
