No I would not recommend him. He called to talk to me about my job (switching out my kitchen sink for a new one.) I wasn't at home so he promised to call a little later and come by and give me an estimate. I waited all day and he never called. Don't hire someone who doesn't have the guts to say "hey this job isn't for me."
