We had an awful experience. There was nothing that did not have a problem from the pool to the landscaping. The pool cleaning system has gaps that don’t clean a few sections of more than 10sq ft. The lighting is missing a light on a tree. The grass has seams. Drawers are installed crooked and don’t open properly. We even allowed them to redo a part of the project 5 times and it still was not right. The pergola is a solid top. It has shingles that have screws going through them allowing water to leak in to the under lying structure They even had an employee poop in our yard. It was so fun when new friends came over and our dog comes into the house with human poop on his feet in front of them. When we contacted them. They said they knew about. It still took multiple calls and nearly a week to get them to come out and remove it. Also, check the ROC license because I found out after that it is expired and under someone else’s name.
