Do not use this contractor! We hired Ezee Concrete LLC in West Jordan to resurface & stain our existing concrete. We agreed to pay half his quote up front and the remainder upon successful completion of the job. Due to extreme pressure from him (saying he needed payment for materials & to pay his workers), we paid all but $300 of the total before the job was complete. Upon completion, the contractor left cement & stain marks all over our fence, the siding of our house & a built-in bench, which he assured me he would clean up. He has never returned to clean up the cement & stain marks. We tried to clean the stains ourselves with a power washer, but they cannot be removed. All these surfaces will now need to be painted which will cost us about $780. The cement overlay he installed has begun bubbling up & coming off the patio & the stain has stripped away in some places. We have tried to contact him for a refund numerous times by email & certified mail and have received no response. Also, my husband lent him a scraping tool which he took & never returned. The cost to repair what he has done has been quoted at almost 3 times his original charge.
