  First off this company F&C LLC Mauricio &Marta should not be in business. I agree with Alex that posted a disappointing job these guys did. Everything he said on his review is exactly what happened with us. Thankfully I paid them after they did the job. However they did not return to remove and pick up the boards and nails from the cement job they did. We kept calling them to come and remove the nails and boards from the job they did they ignored our calls and our txt messages . And yes they do read our messages because it says READ. I am still waiting for them to pick up the boards. Never never hire them or don’t pay them a penny until the job is all completed and every trash they left behind is picked up. I have reported them to the BBB. Once you pay them they will not return to finish their job trust me. They will not answer your calls

  Disappointing Experience with F&C Concrete LLC - Unleveled and Cracking Concrete - Job completed on 7/25/23

  I am sharing this review in the hope that it will help others avoid the costly mistake I made by hiring F&C Concrete LLC. Despite my best efforts to address the issues directly with the company, my attempts were met with silence, leaving me with no choice but to share my experience publicly to protect others from a similar ordeal.

  The quality of work provided by F&C Concrete was far below acceptable standards. The cement in various areas of the project is severely unleveled, resembling the sensation of walking on warped wood. Cracks started forming across the entire slabs on the very next day after completion, and they have only worsened with time. Furthermore, the concrete is already chipping at each fence post, causing damage to my fencing. I also discovered damaged fencing with dents, permanent marker scribbles, and cement splattered generously on the side of my home.

  To add to the dismay, nails used for cement frames were carelessly left scattered all over my yard, creating a cleanup burden for me. Despite my numerous attempts to contact F&C Concrete through calls, voicemails, texts, emails, and Facebook messages, the company remained unresponsive, leaving me with no avenue to address the issues.

  My fiancé and I engaged F&C Concrete based on positive reviews for an extension to our driveway and steps leading to our front and backyard. Regrettably, the final project falls far short of the promised quality. A significant crack emerged across two slabs of concrete on the very next day after the pour, raising concerns about the structural integrity.

  To date, my attempts to engage the company in resolving the issues have been met with complete silence.

  I strongly advise potential customers to seek a reputable company that guarantees good work or takes responsibility for rectifying any issues. I would have gladly paid a higher price for quality work and professional accountability.

  In summary, my experience with F&C Concrete LLC has been deeply disappointing. I urge all potential customers to exercise caution and explore more reliable options to avoid facing similar frustrations and financial losses.

  We had F&C concrete come to add a cement pad to our awkwardly shaped driveway this week. First off their pricing was awesome, especially compared to the quality of work; WOW is all I can say. They worked like dogs in the heat and boy did they work quick. Our driveway looks flawless. And they didn’t even complain when we sat there with the kids and watched them for an hour (the kids were entertained by the cement truck). USE THEM. We will be using them again no question, we’ve already recommended them to all our neighbors.
