Under the INCA Weatherization Program they had a furnace unit installed in a back living area.

The unit is a Cozy wall mount, 65,000/BTU, LP/Gas and outside vented, complete with dents in the unit that had to be banged out.

By being installed in a back room w/o any air flow vents leading to the main living area of the house, I have one room that is very hot while the rest of the house remains cold. Cozy has a air vent kit.

Any good contractor understands that air flow does not travel around walls.

I also had to move the thermostat from the one room that the Cozy was placed because the room would heat up so fast and the unit would turn itself off before the rest of the house was being heated.

The room is too hot to use.

INCA of Atoka, Oklahoma is not meeting the goal of the Weatherization Program by reducing energy cost by 25%.

It is my understanding that these wall units have been installed by INCA in homes who already had central heat and air.

INCA who serves Atoka, Johnston, Marshall and Murry counties, we feel had no intention of servicing counties outside the Atoka are.

There is a saying in our county. FAMILY and Friends.

After 3 years, three applications, the orginial application was loss or toss, I still have 3 broken windows, a hot water heater that is around 20 years old, sagging roof, mold in the main bathroom and other weather related problems.

We need congess to continue to reduce social programs. They may look clean on the top, but it is what is underneath.

In this case, take the money and run. I had to listen to complaints of flushing out my gas line with my air compressor.

I had to listen to: "This is not what we are being paid for."

My ethics would not have me to perform a job unless I could perform the correct task at hand.

I now have the best heated room in Oklahoma with my 65,000/BTU Unit.
