    We started working with Frank while finding a new house and he provided his services by quoting out a variety of issue or interest areas for our consideration. Following purchase of the house we hired Frank for a myriad of jobs including but not limited to:

    - Removal of a (thankfully not load bearing) wall
    - Moving the washer and dryer to the garage (gas and water hooks ups and closure of the old ones)
    - Texturing problem areas and patching holes throughout the house
    - Much more

    We found him communicative and easy to work with as well as well priced. It was especially fantastic that he was interested in using our small jobs to fill holes in his otherwise busy schedule. It is very difficult to find a contractor to do smaller jobs.

    Considered for New Home Construction

    I can't make a fair rating. I'm only rating the prompt phone response.
    I've decided early in the process to replace instead of rebuild so, therefore, don't need a contractor. This contractor, like all those referred by Buildzoom, did respond quickly and kept in contact 'til not relevant.
