Very disappointed I was referred to Fernando Flores Guzman. Called about after 10am and the man sounded like he just woke up and when I asked if he may come out to take a look at replacing my skylight he answered "I guess"! Didn't even care about my business. Not sure if it was because I am a woman or because it was only a small job. I am taking the time out of my busy day to write this review with hopes he will change his customer service skills but will definitely not get my business or recommendations.

He will do what ever it takes to get the job done right, including working weekends to make deadlines.

I was very disappointed. I was referred to Guzman Skylights from a different company. I called in reference of obtaining an estimate for a client of ours who was interested in installing a skylight. He was very reluctant to help me in any way what so ever and I quote said, "You need to give me more information sweetie."Like I mentioned, I was mediating an estimate between a current client of mine who is highly interested in installing a skylight. He did not give me the chance of explaining the circumstances in further detail and he "Guzman" then hung up on me. I help run a busy company and I have decided to take this actions that Mr. Guzman realizes that this in no way is an effective nor appropriate customer service. If you are reading this and are looking for a company who not only meets your standards but also assures you that you are in good hands, please do not waste your time in calling, F. Guzman.
