We had our carpet replaced by vinyl flooring. The job was completed quickly, 3 hours. When I went to wash the floor, I found a flaw, like a bump in one of the planks. One guy came and said he would take care of it. Now all of a sudden he has back problems. I questioned why his partner isn't coming to replace the plank. I haven't heard anything. So, far neither one of the two have come to replace the blemished plank. They have already cashed the check.
