Run away!!! Do NOT use them!!! They laid the pipes wrong in my sisters house that was being built so the floor had to get torn up and they supposedly “fixed the problem” only now she has water damage in her home because they never fixed the problem the first time.
So all that transpired about 5 years ago which coincidentally just so happens the warranty has JUST ran out. So the guy refuses to do anything. So they get a second opinion from a different plumber and he said that it’s because the pipes were not done properly. So my sister calls these guys today and gets treated like crap. He tells her that he knows they put faulty plumbing in but who cares, not his problem, no more warranty.
The guy she spoke to was rude, sexist, misogynistic, dismissive and highly disrespectful. He told her “maybe her husband should call and talk to him since she didn’t seem to know all the facts and was embellishing the facts”.
I don’t know if contractors see this or not but if anyone is using them I would recommend you be very cautious as they will give you a bad name as using cheap, lowest bidder quality, homes.
Rest assured it was already reported to news agencies, all on social media, and the BBB as well as any other local news agencies and contractors I know of, and we are friends with plenty in the Upstate area.
