I recently purchased a tankless water heater and needed an installer. I collected 7 quotes and F3 was not only the best price they came to the house and explained everything that they would do and made sure I didn't have any questions prior to the install.
We had a problem with the new water heater, it was defective but they still tried to get it working. After finding out from the manufacturer that it was a know defect they removed the water heater, helped me return it to the store and installed the new one. Unbelievable service. They cleaned up great afterwards and made sure I knew how everything worked. I'll use them again.
