The worst of the worst nightmare experience. We have done several renovations in the past. Three in Memphis, TN, one in Destin, Fl and building a new home in Destin now. This guy has lied all the way through this project and left us at move in confirmed time totally incomplete to include no appliances hooked up, no plumbing or running water, no a\c, flooring and painting incomplete etc after 4 months on a 1400 sf deal. Friends using other contractors that totally gutted their units were completed in 2 months. We ended up firing Marc hiring their contractor and we were complete in less than 2 weeks. We gave Marc a chance to complete after move in 2-1/2 weeks. He left town on vacation and nothing was done to where it looked any different. Still no plumbing, no appliance hook up etc. I got the a/c fixed. That was it.
