RE: new roof.
he has been out to fix leaks on numerous occasions. he added flashing around sky light 2 years ago and it has leaked ever since. he stats that the sealant around sky light has degraded and that creates the leak......so, im supposed to reseal the sky light twice a year? the sheet rock is falling off of the ceiling from the leaks. he does not offer to repair that. i guess that is my fault.

Don't use this guy! Yes he has come back several times to "fix" the leaks on a NEW ROOF his company installed. This roof is just three years old and every time it rains it leaks from the same areas and new ones also. Now we have mold and serious drywall damage. After coming out to fix leaks 5 separate times he now says there was a hurricane that caused the leaks. This guy gives Roofers a bad name. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
