    Electrical wiring of new building

    House Construction is listed as the contractor for electrical work for JS Sullivan development in San Francisco. If it’s the same “House Construction” then they wired our light switches in the incorrect order (when compared to the lights) and apparently told the developer they weren’t responsible for fixing the issue because it wasn’t a “code violation.” Have heard others in our building who’ve viewed the wiring also found it subpar.

    Very professional and very knowledgeable. We have worked with Moti for 5 years on different projects. He is a pleasure to work with and delivers within the time that was discussed! We had reconstruction done at our house: new wiring, plumbing, flooring, central heat and air, painting. Outside he did a curving and stamped concrete path and a pool.
    He cares in the 1st place about his clients and their projects, not about his wallet. Would recommend in a heartbeat to anyone!
