My experience was not the most favorable . Dennis Faden is not a fair man to work with the repairs in my home was minimal then he in turned cause me more damage my insurance company would not pay what is asking price was . So he left my home in a mess I had to find another contractor to complete the work . The only thing was done was the hot water heater I tried to pay him for that but he proceeded to suit for another larger amount . we went to court the judge would not review the documents I had to take judgment and a lien on my home. In my view based on the person I would not recommend him .

I'm giving it 2 stars now because they are attempting to repair the poor work I've received thus far. My home is now in worse condition than it was before Faden Contracting arrived. I find this company uses a lot of unskilled labor but charges you premium prices. I chose this company because I didn't want to go with the cheapest company because you get what you pay for. WRONG!! Thus far I haven't received what I paid for. I had a roof leak, after they installed the new roof, that has caused mold in my walls. The windows howl because they are not sealed, the hardwood floor has gaps, is uneven, and the foreman told a lie just to keep from taking up the old hardwood, although the owner had put it in the contract. I'm giving them one last opportunity to correct all the wrongs, which is many, before I come back and update my review. However, as of today I am not a happy camper.

Contractor came across as nice and desiring to do a good job. Many dollars later we are appalled at the work done, no written guarantees, substandard subcontractors and overall mediocre work. Work not completed as promised and some had to heredone which still was substandard. We were novices and we're taken advantage of. We did not monitor the work and now are stuck with the results. This was over 5 years ago and we are experiencing new issues continually. Would not recommend him.
