This contractor gave me a bid to fix a hole in my wall. He told me he is licensed but he is not. He used bare OSB under the siding he replaced, the man he brought in to do the block work was sloppy and unprofessional: he slopped wet concrete on the carpet and the concrete he slapped on the interior wall cracked as soon as it dried because he put it on too thick instead of doing it in layers. My formerly dry basement leaks like a sieve now and the contractor lied to me about returning to fix it. Now he's ignoring my calls. I have filed a complaint with the BBB.
