I purchased a home from Fair Market Homes in the Spring of 2011. At first my family and I were very please with our new construction, however when the builder was scheduled to finish the items left on the home, he never returned our calls and left many items unfinished. For example, items such as the air conditioner was never fully installed and left on the wrong side of the house. Even in 102 degree weather, no calls were returned even with a baby in the house!! Working with one of their builders has been very unprofessional. If anyone decides to work with this builder double check all of your work because you will never hear from your builder again!
