    Bathroom remodel

    Honest, hard working, and high quality work. When is the last time you've had truly 5 star service with a contractor. I don't think I ever have until connecting with Louis.
    Louis remodeled our master bathroom a few months ago and the experience was fantastic to say the least. Louis always kept us up to date and informed on what was going on through the whole process. The price was what he said it would be which we feel was VERY fair especially when you consider the quality of work. We have worked with other contractors in the past and after working with Louis, it is abundantly clear that he is head and shoulders above the competition.
    If you want a job done right, you've found the right contractor.

    Repair & remodel master bath

    We recently bought a home in Fair Oaks which needed some dry rot repair under the shower in the Master Bedroom. We called more than several contractors for estimates & they either never called back or showed up, gave an estimate then we never heard back from them again. In hind sight this was all good bc it led us to Fair Oaks Construction, a referral from a client of ours.
    Fair Oaks Construction showed up (on time), complied with all the Covid safety guidelines, & listened to what we were wanting to have done; repair rot & remodel a 60yr old shower.
    Louis, the owner is very knowledgeable & friendly made some suggestions & promised to have a quote for us within a few days….which he did!
    Louis & team were all very professional & on time everyday. As with many construction jobs especially involving older homes, we ran into a few snags, but Louis guided us through, made suggestions & gave us options.
    Our bathroom turned out so beautiful & so much more light filled & functional.
    We will only contact Fair Oaks Construction for future projects; in fact if they are busy we will wait until they can do the job!
    Seriously, hire them, you won’t be disappointed!!

    We had Fair Oaks Construction repair our large redwood arbor. Louis and his team did a fabulous job with the repair/rebuild. He is very responsive and reliable. He will be there when he says he will. The work he does is of high quality and he and his crew clean up afterwards. He recommended some changes which we agreed to which should minimize standing water on the cross beams of our arbor and which should improve the life of the arbor going forward. He also suggested we add LED lighting to allow us to use the arbor at night. So we not only got a quality repair, but even more functionality with a new fan and overhead LED lighting. I would not hesitate to use Fair Oaks Construction again for another construction project. If you need a contractor, reach out to Fair Oaks Construction for a bid.
