They have been MIA since we closed on our home. They promised to come out for a walk through after 1 year to fix nail pops etc after the home settles. It took 2 years just to get them out to our house and then after walking through the house they decide not to do it. There is a reason they fired all of their realtors after our entire street closed on homes. They are a shady company, do not use them.

Have had roof leaks in three different places and all have recurred from two to four times. Each time they have sent someone to fix it (only after I contact all realtors, including the builder's rep and threaten lawsuits do they ever respond), the person just runs up on the roof with a caulk gun and claims to have found a nail hole. In each case the issue has been the flashing at a corner joint. I have lived in the house for two years and am still having roof leaks. I don't think the physics of water flow is anything new. There are people with thatched huts in Africa whose roof has leaked less than my Faircloth home. They just want to throw a house up, get their money and run.

Beware and please do your homework. Our home had different pictures on line then in person, and we were given price sheets from the so call sales team that the features that were standard in our community were not available in the community we bought. Bait and switch.

My wife and I are moving down from Atlanta to savannah. We looked at one of Faircloth homes in Bemont subdivision online. We decided that it was the right size and budget. We didn't like that the kitchen floor was not tiled and there wasn't a fridge so we agreed to pay a deposit on them. Well, it turns out the floor construction was added to a different home than what was online. Although I had 30k in the bank an income over 150k per year and a 762 beacon score they all of a sudden couldn't secure the financing after nearly 65 days of me living in a hotel asking about a closing date. They refuse to return our funds, our calls, or emails. Beware. There is more to the story as well. Feel free to contact me for more information.

Great Builder. Amazing Value for the price. The other review makes no sense. They've been great for me. Superintendent is the most patient guy I've ever met. If an A/C has problems, please note that they didn't "build" your a/c so maybe you should look to the manufacturer of the a/c.

I wish I could give Faircloth Homes Inc. of Augusta, GA zero stars. On the outside, sure, the homes looks amazing and the square footage you get for the price is amazing. However, you truly get what you pay for when buying a Faircloth Home. Not only is the quality of the home substandard, the President is unreasonable. Quality: 1) They do not use enough drywall so when you look at the wall during the day, you can see the beams behind the wall and ceiling. 2) I'm not sure they know what centered is, the lights hanging above my bar are not centered and the window above my master bath is crooked. 3) Their painters only paint areas that can be seen, look under ledges, etc. and you will be shocked. 4) Good luck doing yard work, their crew leaves empty beer bottles and trash and just covers it up with dirt and sod. When you start digging, you'll be surprised with what you will find. 5) The walls of my home started cracking the month after I moved in. 6) Good luck trying to have Faircloth take care of anything while under warranty. They will give you a list of numbers to call and their subcontractors hardly ever pick up or return any calls. If you get one to come out, make sure the job is done properly. For example, the downstairs A/C unit was giving my husband and I problems the month after we moved in. Faircloth sent guys out to do temporary fixes when the unit was bad and needed replacing. Soon after my warranty expired, the entire unit just stopped working. Faircloth, Inc. will do nothing even though they know the unit should have been replaced from the beginning. Currently, the compressor, txv valve, reversing valve, and evap coil. all need to be replaced. Mind you, this is suppose to be a brand new unit.
I just recommend you do your homework before buying a Faircloth home. The homes are rapidly thrown up and it shows. This company should be ashamed of their work.

Faircloth homes as he may build a nice home, he does not back his home. I placed a one year walk through in with the 2/10 warranty company and they do not reply to emails. The community I live in has an HOA that is still under the builder, and it is 90% complete. He hired a management company that is located 3 hours away from the community. They have been emailed multiple times to ask about having the community handed over, but the builder refuses to meet with the community. Our neighborhood looks like a used cars lot because HOA bylaws are not enforced. DO NOT BUY FROM FAIRCLOTH OR ANY OF HIS RELATORS AS THYE ARE AWARE OF THE ISSUES AND DO NOT CARE!
