My AC went out during a heat wave and I called my Warranty Company asking for a rush. They assigned it to Kenny at Fairway Air. Kenny called me within 10 minutes, and he arrived at my house 20 minutes later. I was being told by other companies a day or two. When Kenny arrived he was very knowledgable and professional. I explaned the situation with my AC just blowing hot air. He grabbed his ladder, opened up the AC Unit and in less than 5 minutes knew what the problem was. My fan went out and he had a spare part in his work truck. He replaced it quickly and had my AC working again like new. I cannot say enough great things about Kenny and Fairway Air. I HIGHLY recommend Fairway Air to anyone who is looking for a company that understands the meaning of the term "Customer Service". I would give them 10 Stars if that was an option.

Today, we had Kenny check out our A/C systems for duct leak problems. We were told by another company that our ducts had leaks and needed replacement, not repair? Kenny with one days notice came out and inspected the alleged leak problem, which according to Kenny was minor and certainly did not require replacement of any ducts. He took photos of the area in question and after explaining no duct replacement was necessary repaired the very minor problem. We really appreciated the visit and inspection by Kenny of Fairway Air. We will certainly call him for future needs.
