Fairway did install my AC unit. They did a fine job and installed it timely. Have comeback once for a 6 month check up. Overall they have been responsive and I would recommend them.

Fairway Heating & Cooling LLC was very competitive, and helped us select the right systems for our needs. Everyone who came was extremely professional, and very hard working. They actually started work on the weekend before Independence Day and even came for a full day on the 4th! Their work ethic is excellent; they were here late into the evenings working to get our systems installed as quickly as possible. Our purchase included all new duct lines run, as well as a new return in one room. We have been very happy with the systems and installation. The only issue we have had problems resolving is the humidity level in the house. They have been here multiple times, adjusting the systems to get maximum extraction of moisture from the air, but the problem continued. It was determined that we must have air bleed from the attic into the house. They actually came out 2 times recently at no charge and went all over in the attic looking for air leaks from the attic to the house (the ducting was sealed properly to begin with); they found 4 areas altogether and sealed each one off, again at no charge!
Our electric bill has gone down from an average of about $300/month to just under $225/month! Our house is rather large (4,8352 sq ft), so this is a sizeable improvement!
I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a courteous, reliable, competent company and group of people! If your homeowner decides to contact them, please be sure to let them know we recommended them.
