    Exterior Addition

    Our experience couldn't have been worse and the angst and stress on us at age 76 was horrible.
    Marty is a smooth talker but after he got our contract, he never even reviewed the job with us again until he came 4 months later with an additional $11,250 "addendum" we knew nothing about.  He used contractors rather than employees mostly, so his markup was double.  He never completed four major aspects of our contract before walking off the job.  We hired another small honest crew who fixed the screwed up mess the best they could so we can live with it.
