Too many shortcuts, bad workmanship and absolutely no punch list follow through. My Mother purchase a home and made a full price offer, Frank decided to screw my Mother out of an additional $50,000 increase. This home was was a $1 4 million dollar home. Made too many promises and never followed through . Basically crappie work. I was a Realtor for 25+ year and never seen worse workmanship, then my Mother's home. My recommendation for him doesn't exist!

Terrible! Put in the lowest grade flooring he could find and it was incorrectly installed. He lied and was very unresponsive and lazy. He gets your money and then disappears. Don’t spend a dime with him.
