    Builder is knowledgable, and goes the extra mile. He takes the time to explain, in detail, what materials will be going into your home, and doesn't make you feel stupid for asking questions. Faith Built uses superior building materials compared to some of the other builders in the area. Great communication and stayed on a tight schedule!

    When the above damage was done looking back on this and photos the builder failed to put COUNTER FLASHING which would go under the roofing shingles.My insurance company paid out $10,000 the Builder refused to pay this back as a result my Insurance premiums have skyrocketed $600 more per year...This stays on the record for the next 7 years because of this builder as the yrs go on it gets higher 2021 the increase est is about 100 more $700 etc..

    My house leaked after 3 years I could go into a 50 hr detail but its not worth it.... Trust me........
