Would not recommend.
Faithful contracting was hired to partially complete a new home build. They were contracted for the foundation, framing, roof and siding. The first three were completed to satisfaction but the siding has been an absolute disaster. They were to install James Hardie board and baton siding. It was clear they had not installed that type of siding as there was much defective work that did not meet the manufacturers install requirements.
Although the contractor agreed to forgo a portion of the project cost, it does not come close to covering the repair costs. Additionally, I have not been able to find anyone to do the repairs due to the nature of the repairs.
Communication is definitely not a strong suit of Faithful contracting and the owner, Chris, would often get agitated and aggressive when confronted with potential issues/questions about the project. He was also someone who would have emotional swings, so you never knew how your interactions would go.
The contractor is not as experienced as he expresses to be as there were a quite a few issues with the other parts of the projects. Basically errors that were not major, but not someone with experience would have made.
I have been unable to connect with Chris for a number of weeks and have had to seek legal council to get my project corrected.
