He was recommended to us by a friend about 4 years ago. I paid extra money for him to replace any damaged wood during the painting. He said he did and billed me for the materials. We are having a house inspection for a loan now and found very rotten wood that had been puttied and painted instead of replaced. Now we have tear the entire patio structure down
