My neighbor used them, the price was fair.
The fan on the compressor was /is making a grinding noise. I called they told me it was under warranty (but they were not going to fix it.
Not l9ng after that water was coming into the kitchen from the ceiling, they did not glue the pvc drain together.
I called they didn't return the call.
I put it back together and it leaked in another place that was not discovered until it leaked over the the back yard door i went to investigate and n I n of the drain lines were attached and called and agin they said they would be out. And another no show along with them leaving everything in the attic from the old unit.
They suck and I am going to have to recover damagesfromall the faulty condensation drain with a law suit.
