Patrick came in to repair a couple small problems I had with my house. He ended up having to go into it much deeper than he planned, but he cleared everything he did with me before he tore anything open, discussed the options with me before tearing anything apart, quoted me exactly what it would cost before he started, did an excellent job on all aspects of the repairs, and always cleaned up his mess immediately and again at the end of each day. I am extremely satisfied with his work, honesty, and professionalism, and should I need a contractor in the future, Patrick will definitely be my first choice. Bill Straub
