What we are, is a family general construction company started in 1973 and still going. We have the experience to build a new house bottom up in a turnkey operation and we have the experience on any kind of remodeling, basements, kitchens, bathrooms, decks, etc . etc. we are not the most affordable company but not the most expensive either. Cheap jobs are no good and good jobs are not cheap but the end project is usually what matters, makes the most sense and difference.
I got into this business is because I love to do things with my hands. The customers love us because we are very attentive to the customers' needs, try to make them aware of existing and or possible problems but giving them the option on what to do. Once a price is agreed on we don't change it unless the scope of work changes for whatever reason with the customer's approval. Also because we Always try for a 100% satisfaction. As you can see from the reference letters.

Franco, his brother and subs have been working at my house since December of 2018 and it has been a pleasure to deal with them. They show up on time, their work included replacing the rear foundation wall of the house, roughing out the basement and various other smaller jobs. This was a big job and they were great not disrupting my family's daily life. They also handled all inspections with the town which has been nice. They are great with communication and always made sure to check in with us to make sure all was ok. If we had any concerns or additional requests they were address right away. They are professional group and for my experience so far I would definitely hire them again to work at my house as well as recommend them to family and friends.

The work primarily involved a remodeling of our first floor consisting of an entry foyer, dining room, kitchen and family room. In particular, a load-bearing wall separating the kitchen and dining room was removed, a new steel beam and supports were installed and the kitchen was gutted to accommodate new appliances, cabinets and a new island. In addition, new flooring was installed in the kitchen and dining room space to match the existing floor in the family room. The work on the first floor also required replacing the stairs and railings leading to the living room (on a split level) and extending up to the sleeping quarters on the upper level.
A second important part of the project was the complete remodeling of a second floor master bath which was expanded to approximately four times the original square footage to install a new double vanity, tub, and additional storage space. Related to these projects was installation of an additional steel beam with supports to accommodate the new expanded bathroom space and modification of the roof line (raising it) to accommodate the new master bath and raising the chimney to comply with code. Repairs were also made to the chimney which was structurally unsound.
Assessment of the Work.
We were informed at every step of the way regarding the requirements for the job and the impact it would have on our family. Care was taken to clean the job site on a daily basis which allowed us to remain at home during the entire project save for the period when the floors were being finished. Notably, you and your crew were at the job site consistently throughout the course of the project. The project was also completed in a timely manner. Our most significant concern going into the project was that we would have a non-responsive contractor who would leave us and our children in the lurch with an unfinished project; this was never the case with you and your team and you exhibited the utmost professionalism during the project. We are pleased with the results of your efforts.
