The first time I met Kody of Family Build LLC I knew he was something special. A throw back! This young man has many skills in most all facets of construction and a great work ethic. His wife Annette is a partner in the business, and also possesses many skills in construction such as laying flooring and doing tile work in bathrooms and kitchens. My wife and I completely remodeled her old house to make it into a vacation rental. Kody had been there from start to finish. He did so much of it: the flooring, countertops, tiling in the kitchen and shower, plumbing work, sheetrocking, texturing, painting and electrical. On top of it all, I saw a respectable man and wife. Pleasant and responsible. After 40 years of teaching, I can identify special qualities in people, and I say that he and his wife are as good as it gets.
