    Just yesterday I found myself searching the local ads for a company to help us. I am 83 and on SSI, my disabled son, also on SSI, lives here with me and we barely scrape by. We had been having problems with our very old furnace. Three or more companies had already come out to look, and all of them told me the same thing… they wouldn’t repair the furnace, only replace it, which is too costly for us right now. They wouldn’t even get on the roof to check the flue pipes.
    The thought of being stuck without heat and having to run small space heaters that make our bills higher scared me. I opened the local ads again and found Family Comfort Heating & Cooling. Their name truly reflects what their values are… Family Comfort. Tim, the owner said he would be there to look in less than an hour. He showed up on time and was the first and only one who actually got on the roof and checked the whole system. After explaining our financial situation, Tim says “I’ll do it. I’ll put in a new furnace for you… for free”.
    It is one of the most helpful and thoughtful things anyone has done for us. I couldn’t help but cry. Now we will have lower bills, less insurance for the house and we will be warm. It is such a blessing.
    The next morning, Tim and his son came early and we had our complete, brand new furnace installed and warming the house in no time. It is truly wonderful and I can’t thank them enough for everything they have done for us. We have a new thermostat, carbon monoxide and smoke detectors and a lower premium on house insurance. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs their heating and air conditioning systems looked at or replaced. They are such wonderful people. Thanks again Tim!
