I used this web site as part of our decision making process when we hired Family First to install Everlast siding on our house. Big mistake. They are terrible communicators, they did not take the time to learn how to install a new product properly and we are stuck with a very expensive project that looks like crap and is not covered under manufacturers warranty due to improper installation. They finished the project in Nov of 2022. Problems started Dec of 2022 and we have been trying to get them back to make it right ever since. Just a few broken promises and now 0% communication. Stay away from this company. I have a hard time believing they are still in business...
