The owner came to my home told me he topped off my Freon an then told me my blower went. When I got a 2nd opinion I reached out to the owner again Matt Kolf an told him that my blower is fine an that he turned my unit off so my blower wouldn’t come on he denied it. But as he was fully aware I have cameras all around my home in every room. I sent him the video where he turned it off. He then denied telling me he topped my unit off an that he was sorry he diagnosed my problem wrong an when I told him about the oil leaking on my outside unit he then wanted to come an make it right. Sorry no caught you in 2 lies don’t trust you to do anything in or around my home. So please get a 2nd opinion before you have Family Heating & Cooling work on your unit! I wish I could load the videos where he said he did or didn’t do something.
