  Mini splits/ yard remodel

  Unfortunately they really don’t know what they are doing. We hired them to install 2 mini splits & they screwed into the coolant. They not only damaged one but both mini splits they installed. They left the hole they “fixed” without the proper wood filler causing me to have to get supplies and fix it myself.
  Then we gave them another chance & had them do our yard remodel. We gave a picture w specific details. We asked for metal edging they gave us plastic. Then the owner argued and said we changed the picture only to have email proof it was the same plans all along. They didn’t dig/or pin the edging into the ground. They gave us shoddy gravel. Our lines from the gravel & bark were ziggingu and zagging horribly. They don’t know how to install fake turf. The turf was all bumpy and not secured down very well. They put holes in our privacy material on our fence. They drove over the weed cloth that was put down and put a bunch of holes into it making weeds more likely to come up in the future. They left a mess that took us over two hours to clean up from the gravel and bark they dumped in our driveway. Then we asked for river rocks and weed cloth to be placed in front of the house and they did a half job. I wish you could see pictures because it would show you just how horrible of a job they really did.
  They seem really nice and I don’t want to write this bad review but please be warned. They don’t know what they are doing! We kept getting promises by Jessica that she would come out and make sure it was done properly but never did.
  Like I said very nice on the phone but only empty promises in the end.
  Thankfully I was able to get another company to come fix their mess under the price they quoted me.
  DO NOT HIRE!!!!!!

  Then Jessica Piazza the owner blocked me on Facebook when I was telling people the truth. That’s why they have a 5/5 star review. They get rid if the people not happy with them.
