Fandrey Construction

We built a new home in 2017. Lee Fandrey was subcontracted by our general contactor to pour the concrete basement floor, the garage floor and side walks. To use the word pitiful to describe the quality of work he did on our basement floor would be an understatement. We recently finished the lower level of our home and decided to tile the bathroom floor and a spare room. The floor was so extremely unlevel our tile guy said he could not tile the floor the way it was. We had to spend over a $1,000 placing a layer of concrete leveler to make the floor smooth enough to tile over. The quality of work Lee Fandrey performed on our concrete floor is an embarrassment. We chose 1 star rating as that is the lowest rating available to submit this review.

In January, our contractor requested a bid for a project for EARLY spring (as soon as the frost was out of the ground was the date given) for a concrete slab to be poured. After many failed promises and deadlines that came and went, the slab was eventually poured the last week in June.

They were supposed to return by the end of August to pour the slab for the porch and driveway approach. Once again, they failed to show and in October, we had to find another contractor to complete the project before winter.

Our contractor tried repeatedly to get a hold of Lee and when he did answer or return calls, he was full of empty promises of when he would be there to complete the work.

Bottom line? If you are on a deadline, don't rely on Fandrey Construction to get the job done.
