    Tear off an old deck and build a new one

    Wish I could give 0 stars. Tyler is incompetent at best. Most likely he is a liar and con artist. He doesn't stick to anything says or even follow his own contact. He received over $40,000 from my wife and I and caused more damage to our house than any usable work. We never even received the materials we paid for or proof they were purchased. If you ever consider hiring him, proceed with extreme caution.

    Great company! Very detailed, organized and very respectful to our home! Project went a little over budget, Tyler walked us through every change and detail throughout the entire project! So we had no surprises!!

    dig post holes

    We called Tyler to dig post holes for a privacy fence we were building and installing. I appreciate that Tyler and a colleague were able to come out within a few days of the call to do the job. I shared on the phone and in text that it was very hard, clay like soil (we had previously tried to dig with an auger ourselves). Unfortunately, we weren't satisfied with our experience. We requested eight 30" holes and when complete, none were 30" - all of them were 6" - 10" short of the requested depth. Additionally, he was having difficulty with the auger he brought so went out and rented a bigger one without consulting us. This rental was not in the agreed price and he did not ask for this to be included prior to renting it. It was only at the very end when processing payment that he added that extra amount on - an amount that we had not agreed to. Due to this add on, we did not have the exact cash agreed upon and thus overpaid on the condition that Tyler would Venmo our change. He did not Venmo the change back and did not respond to my request for it. The experience was frustrating and unprofessional.
