These guys sound great but they are crooks. Stay away from them!
My wife who is pregnant with our second child met the contractor, who spent 15 minutes "diagnosing" the issue. He charged us $129 for the inspection of our furnace that had stopped working and told us that we needed a new zone board and wiring throughout the house. After we agreed, he told us it is going to cost us thousands of dollars, so we decided to not hire him and look at it ourselves. We found out though he had cut the wires to a temperature sensor that was required for the furnace to operate. I re-installed the sensor and everything worked again.
I can’t believe all of these have happened accidentally or it had been that way before they came. First of all, no one had been down there and also the wires were cleanly cut and the sensor unscrewed and placed beside the furnace. I don't know what the original problem was, but this definitely was not it. The zone board and wiring that the contractor said needed to be replaced are fine. This was a pure con.
I am sorry to have people like this in the industry and don’t recommend them at all!
